Problem Statement

An employee working from home have to attend numerous meetings and a fast delivery to meet, leading to constant stress and a sedentary lifestyle. Many people are unaware of the negative impacts of prolonged sitting and lack motivation to adopt healthier habits.

Goals & Objectives

SmartMove's goal is to revolutionize daily routines by seamlessly integrating physical activity.

My solution offers personalized activity recommendations, interactive challenges, and a community-driven platform to motivate users in cultivating healthier habits.

By fostering engagement, awareness, and a sense of accomplishment, SmartMove aims to empower individuals to embrace a more active and fulfilling lifestyle.

Working on this problem helped me widen my understanding of sedentary lifestyle and its ill-effects. Finding the right features that solved the users problem was challenging, but this project helped me get out of my comfort zone & challenge myself to deliver user centric solutions.
